To start practicing meditation in a group, you need to bring your own equipment to the class:

  • A mat
  • Drinking water
  • Intention and desire
  • Bring loose (not constraining) clothes. Preferably made of natural fabrics

The phone is turned off or switched to silent mode during classes
To sign up for a class, you need to click the "Sign up" button. Fill out the registration form. After submitting the form, the administrator of the E-Terra Institute will contact you and advise you on how to prepare for the classes and what you need to do.
You can pay for the reservation of your place in the group only after registration and consultation.
