If you witness an anomalous phenomenon, you can notify the Institute by sending a detailed explanation of what you witnessed.
The Institute collects data on anomalous phenomena around the world, both in Ukraine and in the EU, America and other neighboring countries, in order to study and investigate the nature and impact of the anomaly, directly at the place of the anomaly.
